That good kid- Adilene Nunez Espinoza
Have you ever wondered what happens to the good kids? The ones that never got in trouble in class, who helped other students that struggled or were not popular? The good kid that had the inner spark to do the right thing without attention from the teacher?
That good kid- Adilene Nunez Espinoza- quietly pursued her dream to go to university. For many of the good kids, they believe that “those who choose to be happy must help others find happiness, for the welfare of each is bound up with the welfare of all…” Because of this belief, Adilene wants to give back to her community. Women to Women Scholarships is proud to congratulate Adilene for her success by graduating in July with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Throughout her journey to her goal, Adilene volunteered and worked, just as her father labors with pride in the fields to provide for his family.
“My academic preparations give me the tools to assist those with learning disabilities or mental illness that affect their well-being as a person. I want to help to alleviate suffering for people.”
Congratulations to Adilene and her family for a job well done! The W2W scholarships would not be possible without the generosity of our Sponsors and supporters that attend the annual event in January. Visit our website to contribute or learn more about our students. www.mujeresamujeres.com
